Motor bikes and scooters creating rat run

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 23:53, Sun 12 March 2017

Sent to Hackney Council 2 minutes later

Allerton Rd (N16) and the northern part of Queen Elizabeth Walk are beaing used as a rat run for motorised 2 wheel traffic, cutting through from Lordship Rd to the end of Lordship Park to get to Green Lanes, avoiding traffic lights. The motorbikes and scooters are frequently speeding way above the 20mph speed limit, and are a danger to residents. This is despite the eastern end of Queen Elizabeth Walk being blocked off supposedly only for push bikes to pass through.
