Pot hole shoreditch high street Reported anonymously at 21:58, Sun 15 February 2009 Hello, I have been complaining for over 9 months about this pothole. First to Hackney Council, who say it's nothing to do with them, and for the last 8 months to Transport For London, who supposedly are in charge of these Red Routes. Still nothing has been done and no one in their office seems to know why not, despite the fact that when buses drive over this pothole it shakes nearby buildings to pieces. I have e-mailed and telephoned TfL over a dozen times and so far spoken with Jude, Chloe, John Macintyre and Serena, who are all friendly enough on the phone - yet they just will not help to resolve the problem.

If you want to report a street problem, return to the homepage and enter your postcode. You can then make a report. We'll send it to your council, and publish it on the site.
If your problem is not a street issue, or is not suitable for publication on the site, then this isn't the right place for it. You should find other contact details on the council’s website.
If you'd like to update a report, please leave an update on the report’s page, underneath the report details.
