People throw litter in the hedge Reported anonymously at 20:50, Sunday 17 April 2022 There is a hedge growing on Coster Avenue and if one looks through the hedge it is full of litter. It has been like that for the last couple of years. People just throw litter into the hedge. I reckon the litter will take a few full bags. Can ton please send someone to clean it ?
