Noisy shouting neighbours in the night - happens almost every weekend Reported anonymously at 02:31, Sat 15 January 2022 I’m reporting noisy, shouty neighbours in flat 74 hilborough court Livermere road. They are shouting and standing on the entrance balcony and shouting can also be heard when inside. This happened before but you never investigated. It is becoming unbearable it has always even going in until early in the morning m. Now, it is 3 in the night. The whole estate must hear those. Absolutely no respect for their neighbours
