Bins being left out on the street all week Reported anonymously at 18:49, Tuesday 11 January 2022 No. 4, 6, 7 and 8 Colberg Place are leaving multiple bins on the street permanently. This means we have 18 bins blocking the pavement on both sides of the road. This has been going on since the new bin collection regulations and residents were able to ask for more of the bins to cope with two weekly collections.
