We inserted £4 into the machine and the machine failed to give us a parking print.

We inserted £4 into the machine at approximately 12.35pm on 09/09/13, and the machine failed to give us a parking print, thereby swallowing our money. We later paid via telephone through myringgo.com (registration number: LS57AZD) quoting zone 79746, for a one hour parking permit (from 12.42pm-13.42pm). Please can we have your £4 refunded back to us.
