Regular fly tipping on Millers Terrace Reported anonymously at 09:25, Wed 8 September 2021 Large damaged goods, like those pictured in the photo, are regularly dumped in front of the bins. Regular fly-tipping makes it difficult for residents to access the bins and for the bin lorries to collect the bins for emptying. These bins are for use by 2 Millers Terrace and Coban House residents only however there is also regular dumping of garbage bags by non-residents, resulting in an overflow of rubbish that spills out into allocated parking bays and in front of flats.
