Unauthorised Vehicle Parked Outside Front Door Driving Bay Reported anonymously at 23:33, Fri 16 July 2021 Hi @ Around 9AM this Morning Friday 16 July a Man parked Car then almost ran Away. I'm Disabled He Walked SO Fast By the Time I Went Outside he was at the End of the Road... He was only wearing minimal clothing with glasses t shirt shorts, He's Not Returned since Randomly Parked Car Without Permission Didn't Knock Ring Door Bell @ All... Please can you arrange to remove this car? Compound it? Also what if he never comes back?. What if visitors visit where can they park? So strange something like this has not happened ever in all of history here, all neighbours have also confirmed nobody knows this man this description nor the car... I Guess in Life there's a 1st time for everything, car is parked over 12 hours now since I See him sprint to main road, car is still in drive bay now maybe stolen?
