Numerous car crashes Reported anonymously at 23:14, Mon 17 September 2012 This corner is particularly bad for accidents, with cars coming too fast up rectory road and not slowing down enough to make the turn. The wall has been damaged before and, as residents on the corner, we frequently hear cars squealing around it at night and bashing into the kerb, or wall. This exposes the residents in the basement flat to danger, and anybody using the pavement. The corner itself has zebra crossings, which will not slow people down unless someone is actually there to cross. It feels like there needs to be more to alert the driver of the sharp corner or something to slow them down before they get to it. Considering we witnessed a crash 2 nights ago, and heard someone bash into the kerb tonight goes to show how often this is happening.
