3 street lights not working Reported anonymously at 20:30, Thu 15 October 2020 We just witnessed a phone theft by a guy on a bike right outside Tesco on Hackney Road, location as pinned. Three of the street lights here have not been working for many weeks now and this area is very dark at night. Thief's accomplice was also spotted lurking in the shadows due to poor lighting. COUNCIL FIX THIS!!!
