People not paying for permit and parking illegally Reported anonymously at 20:58, Sat 3 October 2020 A lot of cars in Apprentice Way E5 are parking in bays which they are not paying for. Cars also keep parking on clear way which is marked on the floor. This is blocking my entrance to and from my drive way and it is making it very difficult for me as i am disabled. I want to know why i am paying for my parking permit and others are not and they are parking in any space for free. This has been going on for 4 months now.
