Manhole cover clanks everytime a car passes over it. Reported anonymously at 23:10, Mon 8 October 2018 There is a manhole cover in the center of the road which clanks every time a car/bus passes over it. It wakes me up nightly and it's affecting my work. Please may it be fixed as soon as possible.
